Pre-requisites:

  • Graduate from a reputable university/polytechnic, majoring in marketing or business-related courses (Singapore and Malaysia).
  • Preferred institutions include NTU, NUS, SUTD, SUSS, SIT, Singapore Poly, Ngee Ann Poly, Temasek Poly, Nanyang Poly, Republic Poly, Raffles College of Design, SOTA, Lasalle, etc.
  • Enthusiastic about exploring innovative ways to light up people’s lives.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop, Lightroom, photography, and video editing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, with a positive attitude; proactive and solution-oriented problem solver.
  • Excellent in inbound marketing and article writing (English). Bilingualism is a huge bonus.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in an MNC or marketing agency.

 

Scope of Work:

Lead and manage the direction of our marketing and communications efforts. Each candidate’s role will be tailored to their strengths and skills, choosing from the following scopes:

  1. Marketing Campaigns:
    • Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies.
    • Create actionable marketing plans supporting the organization’s integrated marketing approach.
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
    • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to meet commercial objectives.
    • Track and review the performance of marketing campaigns.
    • Gather customer and market insights to generate qualified leads.
  2. Social Media:
    • Formulate marketing strategies for social media platforms.
    • Build a media matrix, including short videos, live broadcasts, social media, and forums.
    • Manage media partnerships (advertorials and editorials).
    • Create and manage website and social media content.
    • Analyze data from Google Adwords/Analytics and optimize continuously.
  3. Brand Building:
    • Enhance and drive brand image, positioning, and messaging.
    • Maintain clear direction for the product’s brand, marketing, and content efforts.
  4. Talent Development:
    • Partner with creative interns to build a strong management culture.
    • Coach and develop skills, providing advice and guidance on local issues.
