— Doing the whole lighting part for this house, we create a smart home and easy maintenance lighting. Our the goal is to create a high-end residential atmosphere while maintaining a relaxing ambience. This can be achieved through a thoughtful combination of functional and decorative lighting elements. To emphasize the clean lines of the minimalist aesthetic, trimless recessed downlight can be used to provide general illumination throughout the house. This linear cove lighting approach creates a seamless and uncluttered look while ensuring that the space is well-lit. Additionally, accent lighting can be strategically placed to highlight architectural features, artwork, or focal points, adding depth and visual interest to the interior. Warm, soft lighting fixtures such as pendant lights or wall sconces can be incorporated to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere, enhancing the overall relaxation and comfort of the space. By carefully selecting and placing lighting fixtures that complement a harmonious blend of functionality, sophistication, and relaxation can be achieved, turning the house into a luxurious and serene sanctuary. For outdoor area we use wall up and down lights to provide general lighting while enhancing the overall ambiance. This wall lights placed to softly illuminate the walls, casting a warm and inviting glow that creates a soothing atmosphere. These uplights can also be used as decorative features on the walls, adding visual interest. Wall lights, on the other hand, here to provide functional illumination while creating a subtle play of light and shadow. This combination of uplights and downlights adds depth to the space and enhances the modern aesthetic. —

— The house is saturated at the top of the building, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows, offering an unobstructed 360-degree view of the city skyline. A modern exquisite luxury lighting design concept strives to suit the varying outside natural illumination from morning to sunset. A comprehensive lighting arrangement plan was designed using a minimalistic design strategy to achieve modest attention to the home’s essential elements while fostering a calming and comforting atmosphere. By researching structural arrangement and the general color concept of the interior fit-out, we intended for warm white 2700K at CRI90 for the indoor and outdoor areas (i.e. pathways and the sparkling swimming pool) to showcase in the gloomy night. Overall, the lighting design of this home aims to enhance the architectural features, create a soothing ambience, and provide a sense of luxury and sophistication. —
