Chopard – A Brand Story Through Lighting
Luxury and sustainability, the core aesthetic of a Swiss brand, Chopard, opened its first new flagship store in Vietnam. With the brand’s core value of being ethical and showcasing originality innovation refined jewelry, the in-store visual merchandising needs to convey an impression of classiness and exclusivity. Every artisanal product displayed, from gold to colored stones, must reflect the brand’s persona and originality. With that, lighting becomes a foundation to showcase the luxurious ambiance from the storefront and communicate to customers a welcoming atmosphere to the store.
Working directly with the head of branding in Switzerland is such an honor for our team. We want to ensure that the aesthetics of the store matches the brand’s philosophy. Consequently, every lighting placement becomes the medium to highlight every product displayed on shelves. The number of lighting points is carefully planned to provide adequate illumination without overwhelming the space. Each lighting fixture is selected to best fit the area and maintain its sustainable value in the space.
