Nestled in the heart of the prime Cairnhill district, the penthouse boasts a 360-degree panoramic city skyline view, serving as a canvas for a sophisticated lighting concept that enhances both day and night experiences.
The lighting strategy was built around warm white 2700K CRI90 lighting, delivering a soft, soothing glow throughout both indoor and outdoor spaces. Thoughtful placement of lighting fixtures not only emphasizes architectural details but also creates a serene ambience that aligns with the lifestyle of discerning homeowners.
A standout feature is the exclusive master bedroom, transformed into a tranquil oasis with ambience lighting and a water-wave designer pendant light. The customized oyster pearl wall finish evokes the calmness of an underwater sanctuary, providing a peaceful retreat from the urban buzz.
